As CEO, Ken Flessner provides executive oversight and expertise in global operations, project execution, and manufacturing operations. He drives strategic change in managing multi-site networks and end-to-end supply chains, from procurement and planning through manufacturing and logistics. And Flessner helps oversee the commercialization, construction, and operations of Transform’s plasma production units globally.
Previous
Flessner brings over 17 years of leadership experience as a chief and senior operations executive. He heralds from in the industrial gas, specialty chemical, medical products, and flavors and fragrances sectors.
Before serving as CEO, Flessner was Head of Operations for Givaudan’s fragrance manufacturing and supply chain activities in the America, and Head of Operations for The Americas for Linde, including on-site tonnage gas supply schemes. Kenn began his career at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co.
Education
Flessner obtained his M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and his B.S. in chemical engineering from Drexel University.
